Although I have never pursued undergraduate training, I have two doctoral degrees (MD and PhD) and half a dozen masters degrees, spanning multiple fields including Pure Maths, Formal Philosophy and Theoretical Artificial Intelligence.

Black Belt at Tae Kwon Do, Boy Scout Leader, Competitive Marksman, learning to become a pilot.
